Camp cocurriculum

7 & 8 March

this 2 days i went for a camp...
at hulu sungai merab,pj...
this is my very first time went for a camp for 2 days...
stayed outside without family...
my school have about 80 students and 4 teachers go there...
so we need 2 buses...
1 bus for morning session student...
another bus for afternoon session...
because have too much students from morning session...
10 from them need to change to another bus...
and i'm the 'lucky' one...
luckily i knew some of them from another 9 'lucky' students...

the 1st activity of our camp is jungle trekking...
i think it was very adventurous...
because the night before the camp was raining...
the jungle was wet and slippery...
and we had been told that the leeches was very active after the rain...
that sounds a bit scary...
luckily one of my friend gui zen got bring salt water...
she sprayed it on my shoes and socks to prevent the leech bite...
jungle trekking i think is one of the best activity i had in this camp...
i learned to be cooperate with others...
when face a problem...

after the jungle trekking...
we had a talk...
i don't want say about that...
cause is quite boring...
now the interesting part...
" BAKAR AYAM "...
this activity is very tough but funny...
we just can use some available things around us to put on the fire...
when we just start to clean the chicken and sausage and put on the fire...
some group even success on the fire part...
suddenly start to rain...
that moment is really frustrating...
so decided to finish it after the rain...
my group success to cook a chicken with others help...
without their help...
i think i have to eat a 'bloody' chicken...
this activity is a good experience for me...
i knew that how my mother tired about everyday...
cooking is such a tiring work...
i only know how to eat but don't know how hard to cook...
i have to thank to my mother...

then we have a performance which is the part i hate most...
ACTING!!!
i hate it...
so i don't want to talk about it...

the 2nd day...
wake up at 6.30am...
hate it...
cause is weekends...
usually at this day i will sleep till 11am...
but never mind...
cause had some excited activities waiting for me...
first and foremost...
playing some games to do stretching...
one of the games is belalang and i forget what's the name...
that's interesting...
after that we had our breakfast...
and start our competition...
we in different group...
and was given 8 tasks...
what we have to do is finish all the tasks before bell rang...
the group that can finish all tasks will get a prize...
my group lose but we still can finish 6 tasks...
already very good for me...
because the challenge is quite difficult...
the group that won this competition is pui kuan's group...

after the competition...
is the closing ceremony...
that's mean there's the end of our camp...
although this camp is very tiring...
but learn many things from it...
learn how to conduct a meeting...
learn how to cook chicken...
learn to be cooperate with others...
and many many more...
if there i another camp from my school i will go...
to get other new experience from it...
